Petalpalooza is a free, all-ages celebration featuring live music, interactive art, roaming entertainers, and family-friendly activities along the Anacostia River. Mars Arts D.C. artists perform in Zone 4 from 1:00 p.m. – 8:15 p.m., leading up to the dazzling National Cherry Blossom Festival Fireworks at 8:30 p.m.
